This is the Sprites section.

This is Mao from Bouncy Cat Mao. Created to make a Game Maker game that is not pixel art. Mao was created in Illustrator and the animation was made frame by frame. |
Bistro the Rat, one of the Animies (animal enemies) appearing in Bouncy Cat Mao.
He was inspired by Donkey Kong. He throws cheese that rolls along the floor, like DK's barrels.
The second sprite is pixel-art. The design had been tuned since Bouncy Cat Mao.

Examples of rotating Super Mario Kart X Sonic Drift Racing styled sprites I made. People can use these for fan projects.
Both sprites were made using a limited color palette similar to Super Mario Kart's. Because they drive cars instead of karts and I wanted to keep the proportions true to Super Mario Kart, I had to break the width limit. I used the original Sonic Drift sprite of Tails as a reference along with the official art. For Sally and several others, I had to design the car myself.
Sally's car is anthropomorphic, like Amy Roses, to uphold the Sonic Drift style. Because Sally is a princess, the design was inspired by the Rolce Royce automobile. Concept art of Sally can be found here: Deviant Art.
Princess Sally Acorn and Miles "Tails" Prower are copyrighted properties of SEGA and Sonic Team.

A steampunk-styled robot created for a forum competition.
The objective was to create a sprite of any size or animation length using one of two limited palettes: Brass and blue.
Because brass is a too obvious choice, I went with blue, forcing myself to focus on the style withut relying on the color.

The logo for Princess Fantasy Catventure
It incorporates elements from Princess herself and silhouettes of fruit.
Princess Princess is the main character of Princess Fantasy Catventure, a spin-off of Bouncy Cat. This Princess is the more human incarnation of the Bouncy Cat character with the same name.
She was designed to be a female protagonist girls want to be, unlike the usual sex-icons.
Her power is enhanced by fruit. Strawberries give her fire power and peaches give her health. She can fire pink bullets by default.

Shishkabob the Hedgehog from Bouncy Cat Mao in Princess Fantasy Catventure style.
A special character set to appear in Princess Fantasy Catventure.
This sprite demonstrates wing animation. It's the first one I did on this scale.
She is the only Assist Character in the game that does not appear in the story, being unlocked by special means.
The original sprite of Neko from Bouncy Cat. He is easy to recognize by his iconic green innertube. |
Neko from Bouncy Cat in another style, made for a forum project called "The Fighters Resource". Here Neko performs a 3 hit combo, followed by bouncing. |
Splot, Guido and a treasure chest from Custom Clash and Custom Clash 2, both Game Maker games 100% by me. |
Splot made in the aforementioned Fighters Resource style. He was created for the game as an assist that captures the foe in his jelly-like body. |
Bolt, also made in Fighters Resource style. He and Splot form the total assist mentioned before, where he sets aflame the trapped foe, comically hurting Splot in the process.
More Fighters Resource style sprites made for practice.
All characters are mine except the second from left, which is Marian 'Myrrh' Alexiel Maroon, a character by my friend Reinaert Sweers. I used his character to practice walk/run-cycles.

The G.U.N. Truck from Sonic Adventure 2 made in the classic 16-bit style.
The G.U.N. Truck and Sonic the Hedgehog series are copyright to SEGA and Sonic Team.

The planet Earth. The Pongball for Destroy the Universe. |
The draco constellation made as background for 'Destroy the Universe', which sadly hadn't seen the light of day.
Destroy the Universe is a variation of Pong, where you use the Earth as ball and destroy other planets for points.
The star Rigel, another Destroy the Universe background. |
